Students will learn the elements of each type of case and what evidence from the facility is the most important to use to win the case or resolve it on terms that the Park can live with, and we will discuss the use of experts on security cases, and other science that comes into play on these types of cases. Hear tips on how to minimize risk at parks for the safety of their employees and patrons, including the risk of criminal conduct in their parking lot and surrounding premises. Learn how experts are used to defend the water park, in the event of an assault, shooting, or other crime against a person that occurs on the park premises. Discover the strategy used to defend and defeat these types of cases, including the most important thing they should immediately do if a criminal act takes place.
