  • Now that I’ve downloaded the Show App, how will I access the educational content each day?

    Once you are accessing the #WWA40 Virtual Show app portal, you will have the option to create your own schedule using the My Schedule function found in the left navigation tool bar.

    Starting at 10:15 am Eastern time, you will find links available within the descriptions for each session listed on the Schedule page that will take you to pre-recorded breakout sessions taking place on that day. You will be able to choose which breakout session you wish to listen to in that time slot. Many time slots will have concurrent video content available, but you won’t need to worry about missing any of them. All of the content posted on each day, will be available throughout the 3-day event in the show app and will be available in our post-show archives through March 1st, 2021.

    For the live Featured Presentations, Ask The Experts Q&A and Connect & Chat sessions, you will find a link available on each session description page, which you get to from the Schedule page. Once on the session description landing page, you will be able to join those live events about 10 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. For example, the link for the Featured Presentation taking place on October 6th at 11 am Eastern will be posted around 10:50 am Eastern within the listing for that Featured Presentation on the Schedule page.

    If you have to miss a live session for any reason, please note that the Featured Presentations and Ask The Experts sessions will be recorded and available in the post-show archives through March 1st, 2021.

  • How will I access the WWA40 Virtual Show?

    Everything taking place during the WWA40 Virtual Show will be accessible via our Show App platform powered by CrowdCompass. You can access our event portal CrowdCompass two ways:

    Option 1: Download the CrowdCompass App to your tablet or mobile device. Instructions on how to download the App are below.

    Option 2: Access CrowdCompass via the Internet on your computer by clicking here. In order to complete the process of joining the App, you will need to receive a verification code via email and enter the code when prompted by the App.

    Download instructions to add CrowdCompass to your mobile device:

     

    1. Scan the QR code here using your mobile device (iOS and Android) or by clicking here

    2. Join the WWA Show event by scanning the QR code again or entering the event code: WWA Show 2020

     

     

     

    Please note: If you already have the Attendee Hub app on your mobile device make sure to download the latest version from the app store (version 1.227 or later) to ensure you can access the WWA content. If you do not have the latest version, the link above will prompt you to update to the latest version.

    You may be asked to verify your login credentials each time you access the Show App platform.

  • Is there a special registration rate for industry professionals who have been furloughed or laid off?

    Yes, if you have been laid off from your waterpark or aquatic center or waterpark resort facility or you are currently furloughed, you may register for the WWA40 Virtual Symposium Package for $59. This price includes access to the recording archives through March 1, 2021.

  • What’s included in the WWA40 Virtual Show registration and how much does it cost?

    The WWA40 Virtual Symposium Package includes the following highlights:

    • 7 Featured Presentations
    • 8 Ask The Experts Q&A panels
    • 40 Breakout sessions
    • +3 General Sessions with Awards Presentations

     

    Pricing for this package is $249 for industry professionals who are employees of a current WWA member facility and $424 for industry professionals who are non-members of the WWA. Access to the virtual show recordings archive which will remain available through March 1, 2021.

  • What are the benefits of joining the WWA as a supplier member?

  • What are the benefits of joining the WWA as a developer or park owner/operator?

    If you are not currently a park member, now is a good time to join the World Waterpark Association. Members receive a substantial price break on registration for the Symposium Package. Park membership costs are as follows:

    • $439 for developers
    • $439 for parks with annual attendance less than 250,000
    • $649 for parks with annual attendance of 250,000 or more

    Membership covers all employees at the facility and all attendees will be eligible for the reduced member registration rates.

    Member benefits include access to our Online Learning Programs, including webinars and How-To videos, a subscription to World Waterpark Magazine and other publications, access to our digital edition of World Waterpark Magazine and it archives, access to post free listings on our online Job Board and much more.
