  • Do you offer registration options not listed on the Registration page?

    Yes, although we encourage as many attendees as possible to come experience everything that we offer at the WWA Show, we know that not everyone can come for the full four days of the show. Hence, we do offer options which enable someone to walk the trade show floor only or attend the full show for just one day.

  • How much does it cost to register for the WWA Show as a park attendee?

    Our most popular and most comprehensive package option is the Symposium Package. This package includes access to all breakout sessions that are held October 17th-19th, both days of the trade show, lunch served on both days of the trade show, a ticket to the Annual Reunion Party that will take place October 17th, a ticket to the networking event that will take place on the evening of October 18th, entrance to both Keynote Sessions and entrance to the Opening General Session.

    Here is a summary of pricing on this package for 2016: 

    For members:

    Symposium Package with Hotel Discount: $449* (reflects Early Bird discount and $100 price break for staying at our headquarters hotel listed on the “Lodging” page.)

    Symposium Package: $549* (reflects Early Bird discount)

    For non-members:

    Symposium Package with Hotel Discount: $624* (reflects Early Bird discount and $100 price break for staying at our headquarters hotel listed on the “Lodging” page.)

    Symposium Package: $724* (reflects Early Bird discount)

    *These prices were good through a certain date in 2016 and went up after the first Early Bird rate expired in early August.

  • How might I obtain a receipt for my online registration?

    If you registered online, you should have received a confirmation email to the address provided within a few minutes of completing your registration. This email contains a link that will take you back to your registration completion screen where a print icon button is located in the upper right area. If this printable receipt does not meet your needs or you are unable to locate the email, please contact Cathy Haggarty at cathy@waterparks.org for a duplicate receipt.

  • Why should I pre-register?

    We highly recommend that you take the time to register today for two reasons.

    One, by pre-registering, you’ll save yourself a lot of time when checking in for the WWA Show. All pre-registered attendees have a name badge and a bag of convention materials ready and waiting for them at the WWA Registration Desk located in the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Most pre-con workshops and courses start at 9 am on October 16th and 8:45 am on the rest of the days, so you’ll give yourself a little extra time on the first day if you can walk up and collect your stuff before going into your first workshop or class.

    Second, we offer substantial pricing discounts for registering before the WWA Show officially begins. We will offer an early bird price on our Symposium Package, which usually expires in early August. Pricing will also go up onsite, so registering before the show is just the right business decision.

    Registration will open in May, so check back then for links.

  • I am not a WWA member. Can I attend the show?

    Yes, absolutely. Of course, we encourage anyone registering for the WWA Show to consider becoming a member because our year-long member benefits are great and we offer a substantial discount on our Symposium Package registration to our members. Also, membership covers the park facility, so joining the WWA will enable you and all your employees to register at the member rate.

  • What are the benefits of joining the WWA as a supplier member?

  • What are the benefits of joining the WWA as a developer or park owner/operator?

    If you are not currently a park member, now is a good time to join the World Waterpark Association. Members receive a substantial price break on registration for the Symposium Package. Park membership costs are as follows:

    • $419 for developers
    • $419 for parks with annual attendance less than 250,000
    • $629 for parks with annual attendance of 250,000 or more

    Membership covers all employees at the facility and all attendees will be eligible for the reduced member registration rates.

    Member benefits include access to our Online Learning Programs, including webinars and How-To videos, a subscription to “World Waterpark Magazine” and other publications, access to our digital edition of “World Waterpark Magazine” and it archives, access to our online Job Board and much more.   • What is your refund policy?

    We will work with you to accommodate most refund requests on Symposium Package registrations. In most cases, we are able to offer a full refund in the form of original payment leading up to the WWA Show and after its conclusion. Once we are within 10 days of the start of the show, we reserve the right to hold all refunds until the show has concluded. All refund requests should be be sent via email to Cathy Haggarty at cathy@waterparks.org. Please submit the following information: Name(s) of individuals being refunded, company/park name and date of registration.
