Why should I pre-register?2022-08-15T14:07:09-05:00

We highly recommend that you take the time to register today for two reasons.

First, by pre-registering, you’ll save yourself a lot of time when checking in for the WWA Show. All pre-registered attendees have a name badge and a bag of convention materials ready and waiting for them at the the WWA Registration Area, located outside the Forum Ballroom located within the Caesars Forum Conference Center. The convention center is attached to our headquarters hotel, Harrah’s Las Vegas.

Most pre-con workshops and courses start at 9 a.m. on October 4th and 8:45 am on the rest of the days, so you’ll give yourself a little extra time on the first day if you can walk up and collect your convention materials before going into your first workshop or class.

Second, we offer substantial pricing discounts for registering before the WWA Show officially begins. We will offer an advanced price on our Symposium Package, which expires on October 3, 2022. Pricing will also go up onsite, so registering before the show saves you money.

I am not a WWA member. Can I attend the show?2022-09-20T14:15:29-05:00

You do not need to be a park member or supplier member of the World Waterpark Association in order to register for the show. However, you do have to be an active member of the waterpark industry in order to attend. The WWA Show is not open to the general public or those who are visitors of waterparks. This is an industry event available to those who own, operate, develop or supply products or services to the water leisure industry.

We encourage anyone registering for the WWA Show to consider becoming a member of the WWA because our year-long member benefits are great and we offer a substantial discount on our Symposium Package registration to our members. Also, membership covers the park facility, so joining the WWA will enable you and all your employees to register at the member rate.

I am a speaker. Where do I go and pick up my credentials?2022-09-15T14:44:36-05:00

We appreciate how hard you as a speaker work to get ready for the WWA Show and for your presentations, so we’ve set aside a special Speakers’ Lounge just for your use during the WWA Show. This space will also have a copy machine for last-minute handouts and a computer to make final changes to a presentation.
