Wendy Rosales is currently the Assistant Recreation Services Manager for the City of Frisco, TX Parks & Recreation Department overseeing Aquatics for the City. Prior to joining the Play Frisco Team in 2023, she worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources and Risk Management for Splash Kingdom Waterparks, which operated 5 waterparks in Texas and Louisiana. She has also worked as the Director of Aquatics for Great Wolf Lodge in Southern California since its opening in 2016 to 2021. With more than 20 years in the aquatics/amusement industry, she has worked at both private and public aquatic facilities including Cedar Fair’s Knott’s Soak City, Splash Island Waterpark and Riverside County’s Cove and DropZone Waterparks. She has overseen a variety of areas from aquatics to revenue generating operations. Rosales has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Azusa Pacific University. She has been an Instructor Trainer with Ellis & Associates since 2007, Lifeguard Instructor with the American Red Cross, WSI, AFO, CPO and ServSafe Manager Certification. She has been married for over 10 years and has 3 tiny humans: Logan (8) and Twin Girls: Audrey and Harper (6).
