Steve Miller is a Regional Client Manager for Jeff Ellis & Associates, Inc. (E&A). He has over 20 years of experience in the aquatics industry with extensive aquatics related training, aquatic risk management experience and thousands of hours of contact time with various facilities across the United States and internationally. He began working as a lifeguard at Schlitterbahn Waterpark in 1994 and has worked at various waterparks throughout the country, including both seasonal outdoor facilities and indoor waterpark resorts. Miller became an Instructor Trainer with E&A in 2003, and continued his involvement with the organization, including being a faculty member for the annual Ron Rhinehart International Safety School, until he began working for the firm in 2011. Since then, he has been assisting with operational safety audits of aquatic facilities, teaching courses across country and internationally, as well as supporting the Ellis Education Services division of the company. Miller supports E&A Clients in the southeast region of the United States and regularly conducts courses and presentations on the subjects of lifeguarding, risk management and safety. Miller is an active member of CMAHC.
