Rudie D. Baldwin is a founding partner of Amaro Baldwin LLP. He has earned the reputation of being a hard-working litigator and a winning trial attorney. Baldwin is a sincere and effective advocate who primarily represents clients in the amusement, entertainment and action-sport industries. During his career, Baldwin has represented a wide range of clients in product defect, personal injury, breach of contract, workers’ compensation and construction defect matters. Baldwin has represented clients ranging from Six Flags Magic Mountain, Raging Waters, Boomers, SpeedZone, The Observatory, LSI Road Striping, Harbor Distributing and Flow Snowboards. Baldwin received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2006, completing his degree in two years by participating in the rigorous SCALE program. The first 9 years of his practice were spent as a Senior Associate of Prindle, Amaro, Goetz, Hillyard, Barnes & Reinholtz LLP. In his spare time, Baldwin is an avid surfer and musician. He has played notable venues such as House of Blues, The Viper Room and Key Club. His band was named one of the “Hot 100 Unsigned Live Bands of 2014” In Music Connection Magazine.
