Chef Nicole established her consulting firm, Elements Hospitality, to specialize in management contracts for seasonal food and beverage operations. She has developed a phased approach with customized processes and procedures to fit each client’s specific needs. Her approach significantly impacts bottom-line profits and she has doubled the bottom line on every facility she has managed. Chef Nicole’s wide variety of experiences in the food and beverage industry has provided a tremendous foundation to achieve these great results for her clients. She was the head chef for the Food and Beverage Concept and Development team for Disney. In addition, she was a Sous Chef in a Michelin Restaurant. Chef Nicole expanded her food & beverage expertise by owning a catering company in Los Angeles for weddings and large events. She has also consulted for over 30 seasonal operations as well as advising hundreds of food and beverage operations.
