Nathan Lahti is a co-founder and waterpark consultant with OSO Consulting Group, specializing in aquatic operations, leadership development, and risk management. Entering his 10th year in the industry, he has been directly involved in the startup and opening of five waterparks, gaining hands-on experience building safe and sustainable operations. Lahti works with owners and leadership teams to strengthen safety systems, operational consistency, and workplace culture to drive long-term success.
