Kimberly Kerr

Kim Kerr began her career with Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor New Jersey in 2014 as a Lifeguard and has steadily advanced through a variety of leadership roles. She was promoted to Full-Time Supervisor in 2020, Operations Manager in 2022, and currently serves as Senior Manager of Hurricane Harbor. In her current role, she provides strategic leadership for Aquatics while overseeing the coordination of daily operations across all departments within Hurricane Harbor. She is responsible for aligning operational priorities, workforce planning, safety programs, guest experience initiatives, and facility readiness to drive overall park performance. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team development, Kerr is committed to creating exceptional experiences for both guests and associates while fostering a culture of operational excellence. This progression reflects her passion for the waterpark industry and her dedication to developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding operational results.
