Kelly Cuara has been part of the waterpark industry since 2005, spending her entire career at The Waterpark at Wild Island in Sparks, Nevada. Over the years, she has held a variety of leadership roles including Group Sales Manager and Admissions Manager, and currently serves as the Food and Beverage Director. Cuara is passionate about developing young leaders and staying engaged in the industry through volunteer work, speaking engagements, and ongoing professional development. During the off season, she assists in managing and operating at the Coconut Bowl at Wild Island, and spends her free time traveling and spending as much time outside as possible.
