Justin La Fond joined the Hawaiian Falls family in the summer of 2011 and he has served in many leadership positions throughout his career at Hawaiian Falls including intern, operations manager, revenue manager and currently has been serving as a Park Director for 7 years. As the Park Director, La Fond oversees the day to day operations of Hawaiian Falls busiest and most profitable property. Prior to joining Hawaiian Falls, he attended Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans and received a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and tourism. After college, he served 5 years in the restaurant/hotel industry. He has obtained certifications in pool operations, StarGuard ELITE Lifeguard Instructor and Texas Food Management. La Fond also serves as the Vice Chair for the World Waterpark Association’s Technology & Innovations Committee. He lives in Mansfield, Texas with his wife, Chelsea and two daughters, Olivia and Avery. In his free time, you will find him cheering on the Tottenham Hotspurs football club, trying new craft beers, playing golf or cooking for his family.
