Justin La Fond has been with Hawaiian Falls since 2011, serving in various leadership roles including Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, and currently as Senior Park Director for the past eight years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from LSU and the University of New Orleans, and brings prior experience from the restaurant and hotel industry. He is certified in Pool Operations, is a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor, and a Texas Food Manager. La Fond also serves as Chair of the World Waterpark Association’s Technology Committee. He lives in Mansfield, Texas, with his wife Chelsea and their three children.
