Joshua Martinez is a waterpark and hospitality professional with expertise in aquatics operations, startup development, and risk management. He began his career in water safety and lifeguard training, building a foundation in frontline operations, staff development, and compliance. Over the past decade, he has helped launch and manage major waterparks and resorts across the U.S. and internationally, including Great Wolf Lodge, Wilderness at the Smokies, Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia, and Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix. An Authorized Training Center with StarGuard ELITE, Martinez mentors and certifies aquatic professionals while helping organizations build safe, efficient, high-performing operations.
