Jordyn Kledas, the Assistant General Manager for Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark directly takes on standard operating as well as culture for the company. She took her dive into the waterpark industry in 2013 as a lifeguard at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and filled several vertical roles for the organization in her time there. In 2017, Kledas traveled to Great Wolf Lodge and found a deeper love for hospitality throughout her time with the resort. This journey carried her to American Resort Management at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark in 2019. Her time has been diversified as Director of Safety, Director of Aquatics, Director of Marketing, Director of Risk Management as well as Director of Quality Assurance. When not at the waterpark, she enjoys traveling, is an avid coffee enthusiast, and graduated in May with her Masters is Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.
