Jordyn Kledas

Jordyn Kledas, with International Resort Consultants, focuses on brand representation, growth, and public speaking within the hospitality and attractions industry. She dove into the waterpark industry in 2013 as a lifeguard at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, quickly climbing the ranks through several leadership roles. In 2017, Kledas joined Great Wolf Lodge, where her passion for hospitality deepened while working across various departments within the resort. In 2019, her journey brought her to Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark with American Resort Management, where she served in a wide range of leadership roles including Assistant General Manager, Director of Safety, Director of Aquatics, Director of Risk Management, Director of Quality Assurance, and Social Media Manager. In 2023, she earned her Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University, further solidifying her commitment to the industry. In 2025, Kledas began a new chapter—transitioning into brand advocacy, staff development, and public representation at industry conventions. This role allows her to share her experience, connect with future leaders, and help shape brands that prioritize innovation, authenticity, and people-first growth. When not at the waterpark or on stage, she enjoys spending copious amounts of time in the gym and is a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast.
