Joel Riker oversees all daily operations of StarGuard ELITE, including customer operational support, training courses, aquatic safety audits, and SGE’s national staff. Prior to SGE, Riker had an extensive career throughout aquatics including leadership positions at waterparks, resorts, YMCAs, and more.
