Janae Hamagishi

Janae Hamagishi is the Assistant General Manager and Groups & Administration Manager at Jellystone Park™ Zion in Hurricane, Utah, where she has been part of the team since before the park’s opening in May 2024. In her role, Hamagishi supports the day-to-day operations of the park while overseeing group reservations, administration, and a variety of operational initiatives that contribute to the park’s continued growth and success. Hamagishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to joining Jellystone Park™ Zion, she served as a Youth Programs Director for a nonprofit organization in Southern California, where she developed and managed programs focused on engaging and supporting youth and families. Hamagishi is passionate about leadership, professional development, and creating strong systems and experiences that help teams and organizations thrive. Having been involved with Jellystone Park™ Zion from its pre-opening stages, she has gained firsthand experience navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with building and growing a new park. Outside of work, Hamagishi enjoys spending time with her one-year-old son and family.
