Jackie Pierce

Jackie Pierce is the Senior Director of Operations at Water Wizz Water Park in East Wareham, Massachusetts. Since joining Water Wizz in 2000 as the Office Manager, Pierce has progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Admissions Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations and Aquatics, before being promoted to Senior Director of Operations in 2026. A Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO), and StarGuard ELITE Dispatch Instructor, Pierce brings more than 25 years of experience in waterpark operations. Her leadership extends beyond operational excellence and safety; she is deeply committed to building a positive, supportive workplace where young team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop confidence both professionally and personally. Pierce believes that a strong team culture is the foundation of an exceptional guest experience.
