George Salcedo

George Salcedo is the Operations Manager for Massanutten Waterpark. He has been with Massanutten for over 20 years, including 11 at the waterpark. Salcedo started as the building manager and was promoted to the operations manager after a few years. He developed local engagement initiatives, including special promotions and pass programs, to drive community attendance at the waterpark on the 6,000-acre resort. He is the proud father of three grown children who frequented amusement and waterparks while growing up and draws on personal memories of visiting parks with his children to enhance the overall guest experience. Outside of work, he enjoys the quiet of working around his house, especially his lawn, and playing golf.
