Eric Solis

Eric Solis is a food and beverage operations leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming dining experiences within the attractions industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched innovative restaurant concepts, developed high-performing teams, and led food and beverage operations for some of Southern California’s premier attractions. His career began at Raging Waters San Dimas while attending California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He quickly advanced into leadership and helped reshape the park’s culinary program by introducing nationally recognized brands, including the first Carl’s Jr. in a waterpark, Pink’s Hot Dogs, and Jamba Juice. He also supported the opening of a Carl’s Jr. at Raging Waters San Antonio. In recognition of his lasting impact on the park, Raging Waters later opened its first Mexican restaurant Señor Solis named in his honor. Solis currently serves as a Food & Beverage Area Manager at Universal Studios Hollywood, where he oversees food and beverage operations and continues his passion for innovation, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences. Solis enjoys sharing practical strategies and real-world experiences that help attractions elevate their food and beverage programs while fostering cultures where employees and guests alike can thrive.
