Dawn Priebe

Dawn Priebe is the General Manager of Island H20 Water Park in Kissimmee, Florida. In her role, she is responsible for the overall strategic business planning and daily operations of Island H20. With over 35 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector, Priebe has held a variety of leadership roles with such notable brands as Atlantis, Paradise Island Bahamas (Sun International Resorts), SEA LIFE Aquarium, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Peppa Pig, LEGOLAND Parks in North American and Asia Pacific, Madame Tussauds Wax Museums (Merlin Entertainments Plc), Margaritaville and Island H20 (Premier Parks). Her extensive experience on both the marketing and operations sides of the business, in addition to her entrepreneurial spirit, has been key to delivering successful revenue growth and streamlining daily business operations at Island H20 for the 2025 season. Priebe speaks on topics including operations leadership, guest experience and leading world class teams.
