David Andrews Jr

Dave Andrews Jr. is the General Manager of Soaky Mountain Waterpark in Sevierville, Tenn. Having operated parks from coast to coast and from middle to east Tennessee, he is proud of the success he has been a part of while rebranding, rebuilding, and building new waterparks. Transferring from his home park in Virginia Beach to Palm Springs, he rebranded Soak City Palm Springs as Wet’n’Wild Palm Springs and led the team and park for almost five years. As General Manager of SoundWaves at the iconic Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Andrews established an award-winning, brand-new attraction with an unparalleled experience. As the General Manager of Soaky Mountain Waterpark, his leadership and expertise not only established the brand, the park, and park culture, but also successfully pushed the park through an inaugural season amidst the global pandemic. Andrews has a B.S. in mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from Liberty University.
