Dan Lenzi

Dan Lenzi is the Learning & Development Manager at The Boca Raton, a luxury resort in South Florida, where he leads associate onboarding, leadership development, service excellence, and operational training initiatives across the resort. He began his hospitality career in 2009 as a lifeguard at Seabreeze Amusement Park and has since built more than 16 years of experience in hospitality, recreation, aquatics, and resort operations, including 10 years in leadership roles. At The Boca Raton, he partners closely with resort operations to support training and development across multiple pool, beach, recreation, and club experiences, helping associates deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Throughout his career, Lenzi has worked at several luxury properties, including Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Salamander Resort & Spa, and Henderson Beach Resort. His background includes leading aquatics and recreation operations, developing teams, enhancing guest experiences, and implementing Forbes Five-Star service standards. Today, he combines his operational expertise with a passion for learning and development, building high-performing teams and creating programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and service excellence.
