Cole Franklin is the Director of Guest Services at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark in Grand Prairie, Texas, where he leads a team dedicated to authentic guest interactions and service excellence. In the attractions industry since 2018, he brings seven years of experience and received the 2023 Arlington WOW Award for hospitality excellence. Since April 2025, he has advanced Admissions, Retail, pricing, and guest experience strategies to boost satisfaction and drive return visitation. His background includes serving as Park Operations Area Manager at Six Flags, supporting Admissions and Guest Relations, and completing the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. A December 2025 graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a BBA in Finance, he is also a Certified Pool Operator, IRT iROC Instructor, and IAAPA Certified Attractions Professional.
