Cole Patterson recently graduated from Ohio University, and is currently serving as an Assistant Manager through a Management Development Program at Wilderness at the Smokies & Soaky Mountain Waterpark. Through the past four years, Patterson has worked as both a Guest Relations & Aquatics supervisor throughout his time at Zoombezi Bay, in addition to working at Walt Disney World in 2024. He has experience in recruiting and developing staff within multiple waterpark operations departments, creating and overseeing leadership trainings and a mentorship program that aims to make team members “leadership ready.”
