Brett Blevins

Brett Blevins serves as Vice President of Operations for Philippians 2:3 Consulting, where he works with developers, designers, and manufacturers to create high-quality, operator-friendly waterpark projects. Raised in the Splash Kingdom Waterpark business, Blevins has worked in or led nearly every area of waterpark operations and has been involved in facility planning, construction, aquatic safety, and expansion projects throughout his career. His experience includes leadership and aquatic consulting for Typhoon Texas, corporate operations for Splash Kingdom and, most recently, spearheading the reimagining of Big Dam Waterpark in Arkansas. He is also a Jeff Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Instructor and remains actively involved in aquatic safety training. Blevins holds a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and an MBA with a focus in Finance.
