Billy Hamilton

Billy Hamilton brings more than 50 years of experience in the pool, spa, and waterpark industry. He spent 36 years at Wet ’n Wild Orlando, where he served as Water Quality and Attractions Manager and contributed to the operation, maintenance and development of the park’s pools, lake, rides and attractions. Hamilton later spent six years at Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay as Environmental Health & Safety and Water Quality Supervisor. A Certified Pool Operator Instructor, he is a longtime industry educator whose expertise includes water quality, aquatic attraction maintenance, safety, and operations. Hamilton has presented for numerous attractions and aquatic industry organizations and previously served on the WWA Board of Directors. He received the WWA Executive Board Award in 2014 and was inducted into the WWA Hall of Fame in 2022.
