Alexander Baird

Alex Baird is the Founder & CEO of Beacon, a company focused on improving how attractions manage the guest arrival experience. Through his work with waterpark operators across the country, Baird collaborates with GM’s and park leadership teams to rethink how parking, traffic flow, and arrival communication shape the first moments of a guest’s visit. Before founding Beacon, he served as a pilot in the United States Air Force, where the crowded, chaotic parking on military bases first sparked his interest in improving parking operations.
