This session dives into the wins and challenges of Zoombezi Bay’s mentorship program for front-line seasonal team members and Gulf Islands Waterpark’s Captains’ Table for seasonal hourly leaders. Both programs fostered growth and development for their respective parks’ seasonal team which led to an improved Guest experience and reduced employee turnover.
