Cade Vereen is the Vice President of Operations at Pyek Group, where he oversees four waterpark properties across Texas and Nevada. His journey began in 2010 as a lifeguard, a summer job that sparked a passion for people, operations, and purpose. Since then, Vereen has built a career defined by culture-driven leadership, financial growth, and operational excellence. He has held multiple leadership roles within the industry, including General Manager of Typhoon Texas in Austin, where he helped deliver the park’s most profitable season. Later, as Regional GM of Cowabunga Vegas, he oversaw record-setting growth in revenue, attendance, and team performance. Now at the corporate level, he focuses on scaling systems, building talent pipelines, and driving consistency across the company. Known for his calm presence and hands-on style, he is deeply committed to developing people and elevating the guest experience across the waterpark industry.
