In her role, Montano oversees a high-volume, fast-paced operation generating more than $2 million in monthly sales, managing everything from staffing and scheduling to vendor partnerships, compliance, and guest experience. Known for her strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Montano has developed comprehensive training programs and successfully built and coached large teams across multiple service roles. With over 15 years of experience spanning restaurants, theme parks, and sales management, Montano brings a well-rounded perspective to operational excellence and team development. Her career includes leadership roles in insurance sales, where she specialized in team performance and coaching, as well as years as a regional trainer in the restaurant industry, helping open new locations and uphold corporate standards. Montano holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from National University.
