With more than two decades of experience in education and leadership, she brings a unique perspective to the hospitality industry by combining strong organizational skills with a passion for teaching and developing others. Since transitioning from a 21-year career in education and 8 years as a certified foster parent, Hill has held leadership roles in the campground and outdoor hospitality industry, helping create memorable guest experiences while building high-performing teams. She is passionate about developing practical systems, improving operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture that allows both employees and guests to thrive.
