Emily Bowden

Emily Bowden is the General Manager of Zion Utah Jellystone Park in Hurricane, Utah, where her innovative leadership has helped double resort sales while earning both personal and professional recognition for excellence in interdepartmental communication, organization, and team development. She has played a key role in the design, development, and continued growth of the resort, helping transform it into one of the premier family camping and waterpark destinations in the western United States. She is known for building high performing teams, and implementing practical strategies that drive measurable growth and operational success. In addition to her hospitality career, Bowden has an extensive background in construction and real estate, successfully renovating, remodeling, and selling homes, while also owning and managing multiple real estate investments, including properties on the island of Maui. Outside of work, she is the proud mother of three boys—one attending college, one serving an LDS mission in Barbados, and an energetic 9-year-old who keeps her on her toes and reminds her every day why creating unforgettable family experiences matters.
