Steven Fields is the Operations Manager at Hawaiian Falls Mansfield, where he has built his career since joining the team in 2015. Over the years, he has progressed from his very first job in the industry to a leadership role, driven by a passion for operational excellence, exceptional guest service, and team development. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Recreation Management, he has dedicated his career to creating unforgettable guest experiences while fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture. Fields believes that outstanding operations begin with investing in people, and he takes great pride in mentoring young team members as they develop professionally and, in many cases, grow into successful leaders themselves. His commitment to hospitality was further strengthened through the Walt Disney College Program, where he gained invaluable experience in world-class guest service, entertainment, and operational excellence. Today, as part of Ripley’s World Entertainment, he continues to expand his expertise in the attractions industry, embracing opportunities to innovate, lead, and elevate the guest experience. Known for his people-first leadership style and dedication to continuous improvement, Fields is passionate about building teams, creating memorable moments for every guest, and contributing to the continued success of the water attractions industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, following Formula 1, and making the most of life’s everyday moments with family and friends.
