Conner Carr

Conner Carr is the Corporate Vice President of Rides & Engineering at United Parks & Resorts, where he leads the development and execution of ride attraction projects across all 12 domestic properties, including six waterparks. Since joining the company in 2018, he has overseen more than 30 aquatic projects — ranging from new slide complexes to interactive play elements to infrastructure retrofits — all aimed at enhancing the guest experience through innovation and high-quality design. Over the last more than seven years, Carr has built strong partnerships with leading aquatic development and attraction vendors, while also driving capital strategy and technical design across a diverse project portfolio. Known a focus on long-term planning, safety, and operational excellence, he is also an active member of the ASTM F24 Committee on Amusement Rides and Devices, contributing to the development of safety standards that shape the future of ride and attraction design.
