With over 20 years in hospitality and 15 years with Wilderness at the Smokies, Nikki Bounds leads a multi-million dollar sales operation while overseeing entertainment, guest activities, and holiday programming. As Director of Sales, she combines data-driven strategy with creativity to keep the resort a leader in the industry. Beyond the resort, Bounds serves as Vice Chair of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, helping guide regional marketing, tourism initiatives, and policy efforts in partnership with local and state leaders. Known for high-energy leadership and industry insight, she is passionate about mentoring future professionals and showing that hospitality is not just a job—it’s a launchpad.
