Pavlova Sheffield is an operations and recreation professional with over a decade of experience in operations, programming, and team development. She currently serves as the General Manager of Pirates Bay Waterpark in Baytown, Texas, where she oversees all aspects of park operations, including safety compliance, guest services, marketing strategy, etc. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Operations for El Paso Water Parks, where she played a key role in the launch and management of four municipal waterparks. Sheffield holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing and Brand Management. She also maintains multiple industry certifications, including Certified Pool & Spa Operator, ServSafe Manager, OSHA-10, and Lifeguard Instructor through Ellis & Associates. Her leadership is guided by a deep commitment to safety, inclusion, and meaningful team culture.
