Chef Brian Piasecki is the Director of Culinary for Flavor Lab, the creative hub for new food and beverage concepts, products, and equipment for Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. When creating a menu for a new concept, Piasecki draws inspiration from many sources, such as in-depth research, personal travels, or even a nod to favorite childhood dishes. Piasecki is passionate about developing young talent and teaching them the benefits of the culinary trade.
