Jen Gerber

Jen Gerber’s arrival at Myrtha in the summer of 2025 represents the most recent stage in an impressive career in aquatics. After a dozen distinguished years at Water Technology, Inc., she is now devoting her broad skill set to a multitude of tasks and responsibilities related to growing our business at Myrtha. A communications major at Minnesota, she brings a terrific grasp of the full aquatics construction industry to the fore and is active in many professional organizations related to the aquaticsworld. She has a special knack for making people feel at ease but also is able to speak clearly and forcefully through her dynamic communication style. This helps her to be equally at home in all of the main areas of the pool-building world, from design coordination to sales and marketing, big-picture planning and construction and logistics. An irrepressible drive for sharing ideas makes her a fixture on the aquatics show circuit, where her genuine love for people shines through and helps keep Jen at the center of the important conversations. In addition to nurturing existing partnerships and developing new ones, Gerber is helping update Myrtha’s approach to organizing client trips to our Italian headquarters, all while leaving her mark on the landscape in dozens of ways less obvious to those outside the company.
