Justin La Fond

Justin La Fond has been with Hawaiian Falls since 2011, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, and, for the past nine years, Senior Park Director. Hawaiian Falls is part of Ripley’s World Entertainment, a family of attractions that welcomes more than 15 million guests annually, where he continues to lead park operations and guest experience initiatives. La Fond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism from Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans. Before joining Hawaiian Falls, he gained experience in the restaurant and hotel industries. He is certified in Pool Operations, is a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor, and is a Texas Certified Food Manager. He also serves as Chair of the World Waterpark Association’s Technology Committee, where he helps advance technology initiatives and best practices across the waterpark industry. La Fond lives in Mansfield, Texas, with his wife, Chelsea, and their three children.
