For 27 years, Ruby Newell-Legner has inspired service cultures for executives, managers and customer service staff for 1,692 sports, leisure and entertainment facilities around the world. She has provided training for more than 400 park and recreation agencies; 104 waterparks, amusement parks and family entertainment centers; and 66 professional sports teams. Newell-Legner is a Certified Virtual Presenter, Certified Speaking Professional and is listed in the Top 30 Global Gurus for Customer Service for the last 3 years. She provides customized training and consulting online and in person. She served as President of the National Speakers Association, 2015-2016 and currently serves on the board of the Global Speakers Federation.
