Oriana Wilson is the Guest Services Director for Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark and has started her waterpark journey with American Resort Management. She is a former educator and Social Emotional Learning Coordinator for PK-12 schools endorsed by CASEL. She is a certified teacher and trainer as well as upholds a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management. Her career started as a lead server at Cotton Patch Cafe, then grew to banquets and room service at 5 Star Ultra-luxury hotel; The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. After graduating in 2012, Wilson worked for Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen for 5 years as the bar and kitchen manager. She is skilled in social emotional learning, hospitality management, guest services, employee retention and satisfaction, organizational behavior and organizational culture as well as professional development. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids as well as watching movie premieres, and collecting all things Hello Kitty.
