Nichole Bohner is Aquatics Division Manager for the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department in Round Rock, Texas. Her team was awarded as an Aquatics International “Best of Aquatics” winner in both 2020 and 2017, along with multi-year honors as Texas Public Pool Council’s Agency of the Year. She currently oversees operations of Rock’N River Water Park, while also leading creative direction for the division’s branding, training, recruitment and social media programs. She is an alumnus of Bowling Green State University, and her skills were honed while programming and supervising the pools, beaches, lifeguarding and learn-to-swim programs for operations in Ohio, Nevada, California and Texas. She has served multiple waterpark, pool and beachfront operations throughout the nation and holds a great passion for all things water and water safety-related. She has spoken previously for the World Waterpark Association, as well as for various organizations including: Texas Public Pool Council, Ohio Parks and Recreation Association, Missouri Park and Recreation Association, Bay Area Public Pool Operator Association, the Association of Aquatic Professionals and the National Recreation and Park Association.
