Nicholas J. Saller serves as a strategic advisor to companies looking for relief from injury risk and who desire programming to support healthier team members. Over the last 11 years, he has had the fortune to support multiple companies across industry in building injury prevention & management programs focused on creating a proactive mindset and combining it with the best systems in order to create better outcomes. Saller is the founder of PHIT: Proactive Health Intense Training programming for individuals and corporations desiring complete, proactive health and wellness. He also serves as COO of DSI Work Solutions, Inc., and is the creator of the Job Function Matching ® Data Dashboard, which demonstrates the real-world, comprehensible outcomes of injury prevention and management programs. He is a board-certified, licensed physical therapist and has presented on real-world injury trends at the DSI National Conference, as well as served as a guest lecturer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine continuing education program. Nicholas holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri.
