Matt Ball serves in the chief marketing role at Counsilman-Hunsaker and leads the marketing and brand strategy which continues to put Counsilman-Hunsaker at the forefront as the industry thought leader in aquatics. He also provides leadership for communications and sales operations, with 18 years of experience in the aquatic industry and 10 years in sales and marketing. In addition to his role in marketing and sales operations, Ball has a strong background in education and training. Ball led the initial development of Counsilman-Hunsaker’s Aquatic Manager web-based application and was a team member for development of the HydroApps “Facility Manager” application. Ball also previously provided leadership and his expertise for international training and consulting projects in The Netherlands, Spain, China, Greece, Macedonia and The Philippines. He graduated from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and holds certifications as an American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Trainer, Water Safety Instructor Trainer and First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer.
