Kier Rouse-Perry is the Marketing Director for Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, located in Grand Prairie, Texas. With a master’s level of education in journalism, marketing and public relations, Rouse-Perry is skilled in forming creative narratives that both resonate with guests and drive marketing success within the facility. Her responsibilities include developing, implementing and evaluating the park’s marketing strategy, managing the social media presence and working directly with the contracted digital marketing agencies with the goal of maximizing revenue and increasing brand awareness. Rouse-Perry has five years of experience in marketing and social media strategy. She began working at North Texas’ largest indoor waterpark in June 2020 as the facility’s Social Media Manager, where she increased the facility’s social media following across all platforms by 32 percent before being promoted to Marketing Director in June 2021.
