Starting her career in the pool & spa industry in the last century, Jody O’Grady has been able to use her chemistry degree from Allegheny College (PA) with Taylor Water Technologies for decades. With positions that started in Customer Service and progressed through Vice President of Sales Operations, O’Grady is currently the Director of Customer Technical Support as Taylor became a Fluidra Brand in 2021. Having answered thousands of technical calls and emails for the company, O’Grady relishes the tough questions that come from water testing, water chemistry and balance. As a volunteer, she chairs the Recreational Water & Air Quality Committee and sits on the Technical Advisory Council for the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. She was recently awarded the 2022 PHTA Chairman’s Award.
