Captain Hayden Brown is a second-generation Law Enforcement Officer with 30 years of experience. Before assuming his current role as the Director of Training, he spent 19 years in uniform, with 14 years as a motorcycle officer, where he gained experience handling difficult people and challenging circumstances. Brown is a Louisiana P.O.S.T. Firearms Instructor and Range Master. He attended the Force Science Institute where he became a “Use of Force Certified Analyst” and a De-escalation Instructor. In addition to his responsibilities within his agency, Brown works with Church Security Teams to develop protocols for potential issues related to disruptive or unwelcome guests.
