Chris Landgrave is the Executive Director for the Lake County Parks and Recreation department in Lake Co. Indiana. Prior to assuming his current position, Landgrave was Superintendent of Business Development for the Lake County Parks & Recreation Department for two years, General Manager of Deep River Waterpark for 12 years and Waterfront Supervisor at Whihala Beach County Park on Lake Michigan for 4 years. Landgrave graduated from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Ind., with a degree in sports management. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in Crown Point, Ind. Landgrave serves as the Chair of the WWA Education Committee. Landgrave was awarded a Special Recognition Award by the WWA’s Board of Directors for significant accomplishment with their volunteer committees in 2010/2011. He also received the Board’s Al Turner Memorial Commitment to Excellence Award in 2015.
