Ashley McKay has been with the City of Plano for over 20 years. Starting as a WSI/LG, McKay was promoted to Aquatics Coordinator, to Assistant Recreation Supervisor, and to her current position as the Aquatic Recreation Supervisor. McKay is actively involved and has served on the board for many years with North Texas Aquatics Association and North Texas Guard Games. She enjoys watching staff grow in their confidence and position while they gain knowledge in water safety, but also learn about who they are and who they want to be in the world.
