Alison Youngblood is Vice President of Duffield Aquatics, Inc., an industry leader in providing clean, clear safe water with equipment, service and education solutions. She has 19 years in the Aquatic Industry, and is factory certified by BECS Technology, Maytronics, Aquionics, Lonza and Palintest USA. She is a current Aquatic Facility Operator Instructor for the National Recreation and Park Association. She advises aquatic facilities on best aquatic operational practices, equipment selection and risk management. Youngblood has a bachelor’s of art degree in communication from the University of South Carolina and a master’s of science degree in public administration from Clemson University. She is a wife and mother to 3 girls. She is the founder and operator of a local non-profit in Anderson, South Carolina called First Fight Alliance. Her community contributions include: running coach, United Way of Anderson County Board Member and Annual Campaign Chair. Youngblood is passionate about the health and wellness of communities and believes that in her role at Duffield Aquatics, Inc. she has a responsibility to bring the message of healthy swimming to as many pool operators/owners as possible so that communities continue to benefit from swimming and that it remains a healthy activity for all!
