WWA University: Revenue And Group Sales Strategy Workshop

Have the last two seasons left you feeling a little unsure about what to do in 2023 to positively impact revenue and group sales at your waterpark, resort or aquatic center? Join us for our all-day workshop as we share fresh ways to market programs that drive revenue and build your group sales in your park. On the revenue side, you’ll hear a panel of presenters share their latest ideas on topics such as: pricing strategies – what to put in place for next season and when to do it; merchandise and retail – what’s hot and what’s not and after-hour activities, special events, programming that generate revenue and off-season events. On the group sales side, you’ll hear panelists speak about topics such as: re-energizing your group sales programs and team members; building relationships strategies to drive more sales and F&B and packaging options to upsell to your group events, among other topics. This workshop will offer you new ways to think about things you’re already doing in your park while also introducing some alternative concepts that you may not have tried yet. Come ready to listen to and ask questions of workshop panelists and your fellow attendees as we dive into revenue and group sales strategies for 2023 and beyond.

Tuition for this course is $169. A networking lunch that brings together attendees from all WWA’s workshops taking place on October 4th will be included in registration for this workshop.
